| Chicago Fire Tailgate Party General Information | Welcome to our fourth annual Chicago Fire tailgate party!! The event will be held on Saturday June 8th 2013 against the Portland Timbers. The gates open at 4:30 and the tailgate will begin at 5:00pm. Food will be served from 5:30-6:45. The game will start at 7:30pm.
Tickets are now available. The cost of each ticket is $20 and will include a Premier seat (regularly $40) and food during the tailgate party. Each child in attendance will be able to participate in the tunnel of fire on the field before the game, and will recieve a Chicago Fire t-shirt. You will also be able to pre-purchase a parking pass for $12 (instead of $15 at the gate).
To purchase tickets please fill out the attached form and return it to the JRC with payment. You can also purchase tickets online at the Bloomingdale Park District's online registration website. You will find it under "trips". If you would like to go in a group, please order your tickets together on one flyer. This will ensure that you will sit with your friends.
We are looking for volunteers to help during the tailgate. See "volunteers needed" section below.

| Food |
Food vouchers will be passed out along with the tickets. Each ticket will recieve one voucher. Vouchers will be good for; one hamburger, one hot dog, bag of chips, and a drink. Food will be served from 5:30 - 6:45. You are more than welcome to bring any other food or drink that you would like for your party. However, we will not cook anything other than the hamburgers and hot dogs that we will provide. All food & drink must be consumed prior to entering the stadium.

| Volunteers Needed |
We are looking for some volunteers to help us during this event. We would like to thank all of the volunteers from last year. We couldn't have done it without you!! It truly was a community event. We are looking to coordinate everyone's efforts again this year. We will be needing people to help set-up, cook, serve, as well as break everything down.
Positions / Description:
Set-up: Arrive at Toyota Park at 4:30pm. Set up grills, tables, and serving stations.
Cook: Arrive at Toyota Park by 5:00pm. Cook hamburgers & hot dogs.
Serve: Arrive at Toyota Park by 5:15pm. Serve hot dogs, hamburgers, chips or soda.
Clean-up: Arrive at Toyota Park by 6:15pm. Help to break down grills, serving pans,and tables. We should be done by 7:00pm to enter the game.

| Directions & Parking |
Take I-294 South to I-55 North and exit to LaGrange Road south. Merge left onto Archer Avenue. Continue east on Archer Avenue 2.5 miles and turn right onto Roberts Road. Follow Roberts Road south to 71st Street, turn left, and proceed east to the stadium. We will be parking in the "General West Lot". You can enter from gate S1. See maps below.
